Elite KURO Signature

Earlier this month, Pioneer has introduced the new Elite KURO Signature
Monitor series featuring high-definition capability and a set of elements for custom installations like high flexibility and adaptable.
One of the new functionalities brought by the new monitor series is the Optimum mode which analyses sound, images and light conditions to adjust the settings automatically.

The new KURO models have diagonals ranging between 50 inches and 60 inches, come with 2-year warranty and will be available starting with June, August and October at prices ranging from $5,000 to $6,500.

Our Elite monitors are hand-selected to ensure the most pristine picture and premium performance associated with the KURO name and our Pioneer brand.”

Samsung Releases Five new Desktop Monitors

And here comes a new desktop display series from Samsung destined for the customer electronics market sector, consisting of five LCDs and plasma models.
All are high-performance monitors in the 17-22 inches range coming with adjustable stands, high brightness and high contrast ratio.

The SyncMaster BWX series formed by the 943BWX, 2043BWX and 2243BWX, has wide display with 16:10 landscape or 10:16 portrait orientation, 15 mm ultra-slim bazel, 8,000:1 contrast ratio, Magic Color technology for automatic color enhancement and color correction, and DVI with HDCP for distortion-free video images.

What characterizes the new models from Samsung are the stylish exterior aspect with rounded edges and a special glossy finish.

“By combining an ultra-high contrast ratio with a compact, ergonomic design, the BX and BWX series of monitors is an excellent choice for any commercial user who seeks superior image quality and a flexible viewing experience,” declared Young Bae, senior product manager, display products, Samsung Electronics America. “These high-performance monitors are an appealing option for our channel partners looking to offer excellent specifications at a reasonable price.”

One last thing that has to be mentioned is that even though the Samsung monitors feature the latest display technologies and enhancements they are available at affordable prices ranging between $239 and $359.
