CeBIT 2008 ASUS VW223B with DisplayLink

It is a high-performance displsay adopting the LCD technology and DislayLink in a 22-inch monitor.
The model called VW223B is a widescreen with 1680x1050 pixels resolution, compatible with Windows Vista Aero and capable of connecting to six displays via standard USB.

“With the rapid adoption of our USB connectivity technology by monitor, notebook docking station and USB to DVI or VGA adapter manufacturers, we’re delighted that ASUS has now added our technology to its portfolio,” said Hamid Farzaneh, CEO of DisplayLink. “ASUS is one of the main LCD monitor players, and we’re confident this partnership will enable us to make widespread multiple monitor computing a reality."

The pricing and availability are unknown yet but ASUS said the new monitor will be available I very short time.
