Computer monitors are very important hardware components. The press has to be done repeatedly. After this has been done the Windows Advanced Options menu will appear on the computer screen. It is also possible for this menu not to appear in the case in which users have not pressed fast enough the F8 key. In this case, the same previous steps have to be followed again. After this menu has been displayed on the monitor screen users have to select with the help of their keyboard the Last Known Good Configuration, which might enable the system to start.

If this solution does not help users solve their problems, they can also try to restart their computers, press the F8 key and from the menu to choose Safe Mode. If the system starts it will be possible in this way for users to remove any type of program that they might have previously installed and might cause the problem. Afterwards, the computer has to be restarted normally and the problems should be overcome if that was the cause of the problem.  If not, users should try following other troubleshooting steps which might help them overcome the error.
