EIZO Raptor SQ2801

Earlier this month, EIZO launched its first LCD monitor destined for the air traffic control, a 2K × 2K display. This translates to 2048 × 2048 pixel resolution.
The monitor is a 28.1-inch featuring 225 cd/m2 brightness, 170/170 degrees viewing angles, 1000:1 contrast ratio to be easy to distinguish between similar colors, and a 25 ms response time for no moving image delays.

It can work in almost any technical environment thanks to the analog BNC × 5 and two connectors and has triple-interface architecture for easy implementation of redundancy plans.
Raptor SQ2801 comes in three versions: chassis, panel-mount, and desktop.
It also integrates automatic backlight stabilizer so that the controller will set the backlight brightness to a value between 30 and 150 cd/m2 to keep it constant.

The monitor consumes 150 watts of power in normal operation and 15 watts in standby mode, and the users can add the Raptor 4000 (PCI) or Raptor 4000e (PCI-Express) graphics boards with support for Solaris, Linux, Tru64, HP-UX, and AIX, and 256 MB of on-board memory each.
