During 16-20 April, at Fondamenta Jahier Via Solari 37-39 in Milan, Italy, will take place the Japan Design 2008 exhibition hosted by 15 Japanese companies which focus on
design innovation.
Hitachi will present its LCD TV UT series consisting of UT32-HV700, UT37-XV700 and UT42-XV700 innovative flat models which stand out with their 35 mm thin panel and the possibility to be separated from the tuner box for a flexible installation.
For a three-dimensional aspect the display unit and support stand in the shape of a ring are constructed to stand freely in the room, while Hitachi created 4 colors so the user to pick the one that fits the room décor.
The sharp edged display unit also sports a transparent frame covered in high-gloss paint, an inspiration coming from the fragrance bottle designs.
The designers team that made this TV model is formed by TAKASHI YAMAMOTO, KAE AMEMIYA, TATSUO MURAI, MASAYUKI OHKI, TOSHIYUKI MORIYA, SHO NOZUE, the latter three working also on creating the LCD Projector Ultra Short Throw ED-A100/CP-A100/CP-A100J, featuring free curve lenses and mirror, providing 80-inch images at 25 cm distance from the body to the display.
Fitting very well in conference rooms or classrooms, its form factor permits it to occupy very small place, and it is able to offer flicker free images with no shadowing effects.
