The
LG 71PY1M model is the world’s first plasma TV of 71 inches, a slim TV display coming in a flat design, easy mountable on a wall or placed on a stand, which delivers bright and crisp images to any corner of your room.
It has no less than 800 cd/m2 brightness, 2000:1 contrast ratio, 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, six speakers-based audio output, two HDMI ports, PIP/DW/POP functions, Split Zoom, and Zoom in/out.
LG used the XD Engine for the LG 71PY1M model, a technology that uses six distinct processors that enhance the contrast, the image details, displaying deeper colors and reducing noise and blur.
It does this by taking the low-resolution analog signals close to the high-definition level.
The plasma TV model from LG can be found at the authorized dealers at a price of around $10,000.
